The great thing is that even the most unfit beginner can, with time and dedication, become good at Kung Fu. You will increase your coordination, self discipline and fitness.
Aswell as the physical and mental benefits of Kung Fu, learning self defense will increase self confidence and well-being. The exercise itself could also help to reduce stress. Finally, Kung Fu is interesting, stimulating and good fun.

Master Chen Lei
Sifu John (the older one in the centre picture) has taught Martial
Arts for over 20 years.
He is a National Judge and teacher of many champions, including the current
British National Champion of open weapons, as well as the current British
Junior National Champion of short weapons. He enjoys teaching people who
like to practice Kungfu, regardless of there ability or fitness, as long as
they try!
